During closing, we review documents, handle funds securely, and ensure all requirements are met. After closing, we record the transfer, finalize paperwork, and issue your title insurance policy.

Prior to Closing

  •  Conduct Title Search
  • Coordinate all aspects of title services with appropriate parties
  • Order Payoff or Assumption Package
  • Coordinate Buyer’s Financing
  • Order Survey and Elevation Certificate and Termite Inspection
  • Obtain Buyer’s Homeowner’s Insurance
  • Prepare all necessary documents
  • Compute Closing Figures  
  • Schedule settlement

During Closing

  • Review all documents with Buyers and Sellers

  • Account for all funds

  • Disburse all mortgage loan or sale proceeds

After Closing

  • Satisfy all lender requirements
  • Record Transfer Documents
  • Issue Title Insurance Policy
